How it works:
STEP 1
Fill out our “New Client Inquiry” form

This creates a foundation for your coach to build off of. This form covers all the basics your coach needs to know, including your goals, upcoming meets, exercise history, your medical/Injury history, and gives you the opportunity to ask questions/concerns you’d like to discuss during your consultation.

STEP 2
Schedule your consultation

Your coach will reach out to you to schedule your consultation. This can be over the phone, text, or Zoom. Your consultation is an opportunity to dig deeper into your goals, get to know each other, and figure out the best plan for you. Our priority is to set you up for success, so that means getting an idea of how long your workouts should be, what type of programming methods will work best for you, how frequently you should train.

 

During your consultation, your coach will also discuss expectations. Coaching is a relationship between client and coach. That means setting expectations for communication and boundaries!

STEP 3
Start training!

After your consultation, your coach will put everything together and send you your workouts! Be sure to review everything and ask questions BEFORE you begin your workouts. We do our best to create a seamless experience for our clients, but we also expect there to be a “trial and error” period before we find our flow.
